It is mostly paved, surrounded by dry-stone walls and backs on to a field of pasture where you can often see sheep or cattle. Outdoor seating is provided; a table with a parasol, six chairs and a bench - a delightful spot for enjoying a drink in the sunshine. There is space on the front drive for one big or two small cars; you can also park on the road. There is a lockable storage area to the side of the house, accessible from the front, suitable for bicycles, pushchairs etc. High speed broadband and WiFi included. The Buxworth Village Cricket pitch is directly opposite the house. There are matches most weekends in the summer and visitors are urged to move their cars to the neighbouring football field (which is opened for the purpose) during the match. Guest access is by lockbox. Contact can be made at any time during your stay, should you require assistance. Whilst the property is very private, we politely ask that all guests remain respectful of the neighbours/neighbouring properties and keep noise levels to a reasonable and responsible level, especially late in the evening when enjoying the outside. Buxworth is ideally situated for access to the beautiful Peak District. Practically, on the doorstep is the canal at Bugsworth Basin and the towpath which leads to Tesco and Whaley Bridge Town Centre. There is a canal side pub just a stone's throw away. Plenty of walks from the door. A delightfully quiet area with outstanding views.
