B&B Villa Giuli - Room "Tulicharme"

Brand new private room and bathroom in the charming B&B Villa Giuli, located in a quiet and cozy area. The room accommodates up to 4 people (the 4th bed is optional). Also provided: breakfast, parking, garden. The B&B was renovated in 2016, and is located on the mezzanine of the villa. The B&B consists of two rooms each with private bathroom, and a breakfast area; breakfast, parking, and garden are available. The room "Tulicharme" can accommodate up to 4 people (2 single beds that can be joined, 2 single beds one of which is optional). Guests may use the breakfast area, as well as the large and quiet garden, which has table and chairs. I live in the villa in a separate apartment, and I am available to answer your questions, in person, via phone or messages. The B&B is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood, next to 'Sacro Monte' and 'Parco Regionale del Campo dei Fiori', while being a few minutes away from the city center. The location is also great for getting to Lake Varese (with a bike/pedestrian path and several rowing clubs), and the main sports infrastructure of the city. Within 2 minutes by foot: bus stations (direct link to city center, train stations, and Varese's hospital); grocery store; pizzeria; gelateria; pharmacy. Within 10 minutes by foot: supermarket and bank.
