An attic done out in wood. A place where you can rest and work. You can enjoy a great breakfast on the terrace giving on to the garden or, if the weather does not allow, in the spacious kitchen. 3 minutes from the bus stop to Madrid and 10 from the station. The bus takes 20 minutes and the train, 30. Ample street parking. There are restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. You will love my place owing to the location, the house itself, the light and the garden. A room full of light with a Velux window which looks on to the back garden. The wood flooring and the carpets give it a warm and welcoming feel. 20 minutes walking to the Chi Institute of Europe and 5 minutes by car. You can use the garden, the large kitchen to prepare something light or a snack, the jacuzzi and the Roman thermal room. As I live in the house I will help you as far as I can with whatever you need. Relaxing and quiet residential area. 5 minutes from the countryside with picturesque places to walk in. 5 minutes from local shop. 10 minutes from restaurants, supermarkets and cafés. 5 minutes from 'padel' tennis courts. Frequent local buses and bus and train services to Madrid. Frequent trains to neighbouring villages. Torrelodones is a very pleasant place to stay. If you are looking for peace and quiet, easy access to Madrid and also to other places like the Sierra (the mountains) then it is ideal.
