Perfect get away in the heart of the New Forest

Enviably positioned in the idyllic New Forest location and close to Paultons Park, the Annex is a spacious property with dedicated parking for 1 car with a patio area to enjoy the warm evenings. The annex's amenities include, a double bed, sofa, dinning area and a separate bedroom with bunk beds. Along with food preparation area, fridge, washing machine, kettle, iron, toaster and Wifi. Tea, Coffee and milk is provided. The bathroom includes shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Our guests are welcome to use the grounds of Holdfast Cottage during their stay. Keys to the Annex will be found in the key save by the doors to the Annex. Checkin details will be sent to guests once the booking is confirmed along with directions and photos. Guests are asked to self checkin and codes to access the key safe. Please view the checkin details which will be sent to you once checkin has been confirmed with photos. The annex is situated within the grounds of Holdfast cottage which the owners live in. You are free to enjoy the gardens at your leisure, however be mindful of young children as there is a pond. There is a local shop 1/2 mile away open every day and access to the forest on your door step. Local pubs are via a car, The Green Dragon, Sir John Barleycorn and The Lamb. Parking is available for one car via the wooden gates on the main road. These gates must be closed at all times to prevent deer, horses, donkey’s and cattle coming onto the property We have an exclusive doggy field, fully enclosed at the end of the garden. We just ask owners to keep their dogs on a lead within the cottage grounds.
