Our apartment “Öfele“ is the ideal place to enjoy wonderful days in Leutasch! The apartment is in the Ferienhaus Katrin. The house is located in the center of Weidach surrounded by huge meadows and pure nature. Due to the central location it is perfect to start your day with several leasure and sport activities. Apartment with a view Our apartment “Öfele“ is located on the 2nd floor in the Ferienhaus Katrin. It has been renovated in spring 2020 in a alpine-chic style. It has 45m2 with 1 bedroom 1 foyer 1 bathroom with shower and toilet 1 living room with kitchen There are two balconies where you can enjoy morning sun at breakfast time and evening sun to have a wonderful view on the surrounding meadows and mountains. All towels will be changed for stay's longer than one week. in the Olympiaregion Seefeld there are lot's of possibilities to spend time during your holidays: hiking or biking in summer, cross-country skiing, skiing or tobogganing in winter. There is lot's to explore. For all guests in summer (May to October), the entry to our local swimming pool area is included for 4h per day. One of the 245km cross-country ski tracks starts right next to our house. All our guests can use the cross-country skiing tracks for free during winter time (December to March). ++++++++There will be a cross-country skiing track already available in Leutasch from November 19th onwards++++++++ The apartment has a separate entrance and is used only by our guests. There is a huge parking area available for your car / motorbike. Bikes can be put into our garage. You could book a place in our carport for 4,- per day. We live with our family next door and will be happy to answer all questions which come up. But we will also leave you alone to enjoy a wonderful stay in Leutasch There are several restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a local swimming pool, two sports shops and a doctor nearby. And the surrounding view is stunning! We do have a parking area in front of the house. You can also park in our Carport which cost € 4,- per day. Public transport: there is a good public transport system in our region. You can use it for free with our guest card. Or you can rent a bike at a sports rental shop nearby and explore the valley CO2 free. You can reach Leutasch without paying tolls. We treat the current Covid-19 situation very seriously. Our local tourism organization provides a free-testing station for all our guests. They also have a link where you can find all relevant information regarding our region.
