Villa Gebbing is located in Marina di Lu Impostu, in a quiet area well connected to all major sites of interest in the beautiful Sardinia not far from San Teodoro. From the villa the beautiful beach can easily be reached on foot in only a few minutes. The villa is on two floors and has a large terraced garden which surrounds the entire house. Downstairs are two large bedrooms with double beds, the master bedroom has with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has first one has two en-suite bathrooms of which one with a shower. Outside the bedrooms is a large open space with 2 more beds, built in the brickwork typical of the area, which can accommodate two people. On the main floor is the gem of the house: a bright living room which overlooks the patio with its awesome beach views. On the patio is a large dining table and comfortable lounge chairs and inside the large living room has built-in sofas and a fireplace. On the same floor is a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom. In the garden the guests will find comfortable rattan garden furniture with loungechairs and a brick wood oven. The guests will have full access to the villa and its garden I am available for my guests. Marina Lu Impostu is a short drive from fun-loving San Teodoro with its glam beach bars and clubs on its pristine white-sand beaches are glorious. Water sports and boat excursions race you out to sea, while back on dry land, trekking, mountain biking and horse riding entice you from the beach towel. Marina Lu Impostu can be reached by car on the SS 125, direction Olbia - San Teodoro, get to Lu Fraili, turn left to Puntaldia - Lu Impostu and continue straight for another 2 kilometers.
