You will be warmly welcomed to our small smallholding located at the bottom of the Copper Mountain with tea, coffee and home made cakes Enjoy the amazing views all round, and the public footpath to the mountain is right at the end of the drive We are a 5 min drive from the nearest beach and the coastal path and have plenty of space for boats and jet ski parking We have extensive gardens that your welcome to use and offer evening meals or to fill your freezer and packed lunches by arrangement The caravan is called Ty Bach which means little house and we hope it will be a home from home for you will find yourself situated in a rural setting with only our ponies , ducks and chickens for neighbours , the grounds are private and secure with ample parking. Our house is on the land but the setting has total privacy apart from our Jack Russell, Toby, who is very keen on guests and inciting games of football . The views from the lounge are directly onto the Copper Mountain (Mynnydd Parys) and are breath-taking. Sunsets are spectacular and, as we have very little light pollution, the starry nights are worth seeing.. we are a short drive from Lligway beach and Llanillian where from the point you are able to see dolphins and harbour porpoise Now with a new charcole BBQ solely for guests use. We are happy for you to use the land and garden spaces as you like, being aware of our pets and animals. We are happy to support you through out your stay, if you run into any difficulties, and give you ideas for great days out, things to do and places to eat. I'm also happy to provide evening meals by prearrangement and for a charge. These can be taken as cottage suppers at our house or delivered to you door. If you like I can even fill the freezer for you before you arrive. Please get in touch with me for further details. Penysarn is a small village just outside of Amlwch in the North of Anglesey. The industrial revolution is said to have started here due to the Copper mine and the riches it gave up. All of this is long gone but the breath taking landscape still remains. There are beautiful beaches all over the island offering up different options, from long sandy stretches to rocky enclaves. There are fabulous opportunities for water sports, fishing and dolphin/seal watching to be had. As for pubs and restaurants the island is full of great places to eat and drink. The island is famous for sea food, in particular Menai mussels, and the butchers in Amlwch also sell great local produce. A car is ideal but the village is on the bus route around the island and by prearrangement we can do transfers to and from Bangor train station at £20 each way. We have our own ducks and chickens and you are welcome to purchase their eggs from us... you can even collect your own with Greg's help.
