Charming house located in the outskirt of Granada, 3 miles away from the city centre and very well connected by direct road and bike path. It is perfect for holidays, family fun and sightseeing: Alhambra, Sierra Nevada, Alpujarra, beach... The house is fully equipped. There are 3 dorms with double beds, another 2 dorms with 2 single beds in each one and wardrobes and shelves in every room. The living room has a fireplace, a TV, a music player and a lot of place for rest, chill and have a meal. The kitchen has all the necessary tools besides an oven, extractor, a hob, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The garden is all around the house and it has a lot of green areas and a refreshing and always clean swimming pool next to a couple of terraces with barbacue and outdoors tables and chairs. The guests can enjoy all the private areas of the house like the swimming pool, the solarium, the parking and all the green areas around. The lanlord is available whenever the guests need it. You will be attended in English, Spanish or French. The house is surrounded by cafeterias, takeaway restaurants and bars where you can taste the famous tapas. There is also a big supermarket two streets away and one of the biggest shopping mall of Europe. There is a bus station at the end of the street. There is one bus every 20 min and it takes 20 min to arrive to the city center. We highly recommend a vehicle to visit other places of the region. Due to the perfect strategic location you can reach Sierra Nevada, The Alpujarra of Granada or even you can spend the day in the beach in only 40 minutes. The pool and the fireplace will be availables depending on the season.
