The apartment consists of a double bedroom with 3 beds and air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a large living room and 2 balconies overlooking the sea. You can have cots on request. Free parking on the street or in nearby streets. Apartment of about 60 square meters located on the second floor of a quiet building with a lift. 2 baby cots on request. I live in Marzocca, about 500 meters from the apartment, so I would be available for any eventuality. Marzocca is located about 6 km from the center of Senigallia. Equipped with free and equipped beaches, with different places, beach fields and services. The bus stop is right below the building, and the train station is 400 meters away. On the waterfront passes the shuttle that takes you to Senigallia. It is also easy to reach Conero mount with the beautiful beaches of Portonovo, Numara, Sirolo, Mezzavalle... Local tax: 1 € per person per night to be paid locally.
