Apartment on Demeter-farm "La Luna nell'orto"

"La Luna nell'Orto" (that means "the moon in the vegetable garden") is a biodynamic farm with holiday apartments. We are in the middle of the countyside, in the hills, 30km far from the adriatic coast and Urbino. We have a big garden, terasses and land around, which our guests can use. It's a wonderful quiet place, where you can find relax and peace. We live here in contact with nature and with natural food. The houses are ecological and some are done by strawbale-building The apartments, ecological are very comfortable and full of natural light. A beautiful and relaxing place in the centre of Italy. It is a perfect place for single persons, families with children and small groups. We are happy to organize individual creative-courses for small groups, of about 8 people, feltmaking, creating your own dress .... Facilities: Garden furniture and deckchairs. Trampoline, slagline, swing. Tourist guides and local activities guides. Wi-Fi. Parking. …we have no television! On request: We sell our own organic farm-products: vegetables, fruits, jam, olive oil, wine, Balsamic vinegar, juice of wine-grapes. Visits to Petra’s atelier; here you can watch and buy clothes, felt-objects, paintings and little paper-works, textile-creations. It is also possible to get in few days a personal unique dress. Renzo prepares delicious Italian meals with organic products, handmade bread and a good wine. It’s possible to help during the harvest times: wine grapes in September and olives from mid-October to mid-November. For you creative-holidays and food-tasting or other small cultural events, we have a wonderful room. You can use the garden and the surrounding in our property. The apartment has different doors, which are used only from the guests. Of course, you can ask all information and anyway we like to get to know our guests. It is very nice for everyone who likes nature, art and culture. It is possible to get in a few days a handmade dress from Petra or handmade felt-hat for the cold season or even to learn the technique of felt-making yourself. We are half an hour from the beach and also from the mountains...which is really special. You can travel around by car and visit all these wonderful villages, with their storical highlights. The small towns close to us are full of historic surprises, like churches, convents or a nice small street in the mountains. The highest mountains Catria and Nerone are good for trekking in the nature and a jump in the refreshing waters of their rivers. Urbino, one of the most interesting renaissance-cities in Italy, Fano, Pesaro and Senigallia, the cities on the coast, are nice for cultural walks.
