Nestled in the Tamar Valley you will find our comfortably furnished bungalow inviting you to come and put your feet up and relax. Whether you are a family ready start adventures, a group of friends looking for something new to explore or a couple visiting to unwind and take in the views with a glass on the patio .... Our holiday home is the perfect base for anyone wishing to create new memories. Our cosy 3 bedroomed bungalow offers 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. Open plan kitchen diner & lounge. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Iron and ironing board, clothes airer & highchair are available in the utility cupboard. Bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin & WC. Also has additional separate WC with basin. Smart TV on the wall in the lounge with DVD player. WIFI is free and readily available in the property. Plenty of DVD's, books and board games for all of you to enjoy. We all know that pets are a part of the family and we welcome you to bring yours! Our holiday home is dog friendly, as is the holiday park & onsite pub. We ask that dogs are kept on leads round the park & in the pub. We have a patio area for your own private use with a table and seating for 6, views are beautiful on a clear cornish day. Please be mindful that our property is at the top of an incline (hence the views) Our property is perfect for families and couples alike. It is comfortable, quiet and a great place to relax. Full access to all facilities on site including free access to the heated pools & gym. There is a small shop on-site offering essentials and the friendly staff are on hand to help with advice on where to explore first. The Honicombe Arms is the onsite pub offering evening meals and very popular Sunday Carvery. Parking is close to the bungalow. Please note the property is at the top of an incline. Our housekeeper is available on the phone at reasonable times. We are also contactable by email, phone or text. If there is a problem, it is vital you let us know right away and we will endeavour to put it right. There is an onsite shop where staff are happy to help with enquiries about the facilities onsite. Staff onsite are local and more than happy to make suggestions for local attractions. Our holiday home is located in the Tamar Valley - area of outstanding beauty. Perfect for exploring Dartmoor, West Devon & our Cornish Seasides. Looe is around a 30 minute drive, as is Seaton which is also dog friendly all year round. We are less than 3 miles from Cotehele national Trust House & Gardens, from here you can also enjoy the walk into the next town of Calstock (walk not suitable for buggies and/or anyone with low mobility) The list of walks and nearby attractions is endless. Please pop into the onsite shop for further details or get in touch directly for anything you want to be sure of. A car is highly preferable should you wish to explore the areas daily without time restrictions. There is a bus stop at the entrance gates of the park which can take you to the local towns of Callington, Tavistock & Calstock. Gunnislake train station is a 5 minute drive with direct access into Plymouth just a 30 minute journey. Train station has free parking. Property is set at the top of an incline. Parking is however close by. 3 steps up to the property with hand rail. We provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar for your arrival. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cloth, sponge, tea towels and oven gloves. We do provide hand towels and towels for showering, these are not replenished during your stay and we do not provide pool or beach towels.
