Jo and Adam's 3 Bedroom House NEAR THE RACECOURSE

A large 4 bed detached house with 3 guest rooms. One room has a kingsize bed and the other two have double beds. Each room has bedside tables and wardrobes. Guests have sole access to the main bathroom between themselves. There's also free parking on the driveway and on the roadside. Unfortunately, we are not offering breakfast at this stage. The Cheltenham racecourse is just 2.6 miles away (about a 25min walk away from the location) and a 5 mins drive or less depending on traffic. The space would be very much yours during you stay with use of the lounge, games room and all other areas of the house. You're also very welcome to use the garden. We aim to stay out of your way unless you need anything during your stay. Adam and I can be around to answer any questions you might have. The neighbourhood is very family orientated and there is a green park area at the front of the house which is used by dog walkers and children playing. The home is also about 10 mins walking distance from local shops, Tesco’s and the village pubs and it’s directly next to a bus stop which takes 5/10 mins to get into town. It is also on the bus route directly to the races!
