Recently refurbished 2 Bedroom garden flat with views onto the marine lake and off street parking to the front. The property is a 1st floor flat with a private entrance and access to the private garden via the spiral staircase from the rear bedroom. It’s a 5 minute walk through the village to the train station. The flat is in the centre of the village, with views down one end of the road onto the marine lake, with the shops and restaurants at the other end. The flat is newly refurbished throughout with 2 good sized bedrooms and plenty of storage space. The double room benefits from having a king size bed and access from this room to the garden via a spiral staircase. Private entrance with staircase leading to the landing with access to the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. We don’t live in the area but have friends and family nearby. We are originally from West Kirby and know the area very well and are always available via phone and email. It’s a great location probably the best on the Wirral with a good selection of shops and very easy access to Liverpool via the train. Private off street parking directly in front of the property, parking can be a problem this close to the village, so having this is a real benefit. The train station and bus station are close by, 5 mins walk.
