Double bedroom and private bathroom

Double bedroom with private bathroom next to the bedroom in a residential semi detached house. I have one park space to the rear of the property which I would prefer you to use as neighbours have complained about my guests parking in the street although there is plenty of space. Please let me know your arrival times and I will open the double gate at the rear for you to park. My house is is fairly recently renovated and the bathroom is spacious and modern. There is a Sky TV box in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a kitchen available and a washing machine and dryer available but use only by prior arrangement. I live on the premises and I work from home so I am easily and readily available to answer any questions and help. The neighborhood is generally quiet and the town of Ebbw Vale is a 10-minute walk away. It is approximately 45 minutes to Cardiff and 20-minutes to Abergavenny. there is a train station in Ebbw Vale approximately 15 to 20 minutes walk away from the house but access is generally easiest by car. I have cats so please do not book with me if you dislike cats or have allergies. There are also quite steep steps from the street level up to the elevated position of the house. This would not suit anyone very elderly or infirm. please park to the rear of the property on my private drive.
