Large outside rear garden where you can sit, sunbathe and BBQ. Allocated parking on site. Free Wifi, French TV. The suite overlooks neighbouring fields & our garden with local apple orchards down the road. Nestled in amongst farmland and apple orchards. This entire guest suite has its own entrance at the front of the property which leads to an internal staircase (shared with the owners). Use of rear Japanese inspired rear garden with BBQ. On entering the Guest Suite you will find yourself in a light and airy open plan living room/kitchen area. A modern kitchen which has a large fridge/freezer, electric hob with two cooking plates, microwave and miniature oven, coffee percolator, toaster and kettle also available. Well equipped with all the items you will need during your stay. A two seater sofa bed is available for two extra guests if required along with a dining table and four chairs. Two armchairs and an extra chest of drawers. WC off this main room. Iron and ironing board supplied. TV with Netflix and Prime Video.(English TV coming soon). Wifi also available. In the main bedroom we have supplied an extra large bed (super king size), chaise longue, dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also room for a single bed in this room if the chaise longue is removed. Hairdryer also available. An en suite bathroom is the next room with large shower, sink, toilet and towel rail. Bathroom has another door which can be accessed from main living area. All fresh bedding is provided. PLEASE BRING TOWELS FOR THE SHOWER. Access to our rear garden is available at the bottom of the main staircase where you are welcome to use the table and chairs on the terrace, lounge on the sunbeds or sit under the pagoda. BBQ available for your use. Please bring your own BBQ fuel. Private parking space is available to the side of the property. No car charging facilities are available. We also have a small gite for two guests available also on this website listed as "Le refectoire, Unique Adult space with jacuzzi in the same location. yOU CAN VIEW THIS PROPERTY USING THIS LINK:- (Website hidden by Airbnb) We will supply a welcome basket (available for bookings of 3nights or more) on your arrival just in case you need a few emergency supplies and this will contain fresh homemade bread, butter, jam, eggs from our chickens (when available) and a bottle of water. You will also find starter teabags, coffee and sugar. You will have your own entrance at the front of the property and this takes you into an area where you can access the main staircase to the Guest Suite. You will also have access to the rear garden where you can sit on the patio or lie on the sunbeds. As we share the main staircase in the house, we are sure that we will see you during your stay. We have our own private areas within the house and are easily contacted if needs be. Vouhe is a small community, but Parthenay is only a 10 minute drive to find all the shops and restaurants. In the nearby village of Reffannes there is also a restaurant, which is open during the summer months at lunchtime and early evening. A summer swimming lake is located in Verruyes, just 6 km from your location. You will need a vehicle to be able to get around. The village is rural without its own transport links. You have your own parking space at the end of the property. There are areas around the property which are restricted as we have guests that will be staying in our separate Gite. We will advise you of the areas you can use on your arrival. No car charging facilities available.
