La Closerie de Malicorne is a charming mansion of 240 m2 situated in a very privileged environment only 1h30 from Paris. Very rare : it has its own private heated swimming pool (15 meters long) and a private tennis court with a huge garden of 12000 square meters. The house is ideal for 13 people. Our house La closerie de Malicorne is unique because of the huge heated swimming pool where you can really swim.( 15 meters long). There is also a private tennis court with a training wall. We are also very close to a magnificent 18 hole golf course : Domaine de Roncemay. Special golfers : we offer 2 green-fees/per day in this golf during your stay till the 31st of december 2018. Our house is entirely for you. The heated swimming pool and the tennis are private, only for you. We have somebody who lives not far from the house and who is available during your whole stay in case you need some explanations or if ou have any problems. The countryside is beautiful around. We are in Puisaye, in Burgundy. The countryside is very authentic and ideal for long bicycle rides or walks. We are near to the two famous castles of Guedelon and Saint-Fargeau. We are not far from Vézelay and the famous wine road : Chablis, Irancy, côtes d'Auxerre ! By car (1H30 from Paris) By plane : Orly Airport in Paris (1h30) By train : Paris-Joigny By taxi (from the railway station of Joigny) : on request with our own chauffeur. You need a car at La Closerie de Malicorne, because we are in the countryside at 2 kms from a village. Sheets and linen : you are welcome to come with your owm sheets. But we can rent sheets at your arrival. Just let us know your needs one month in advance ! Concerning electricity, our intendant will check the electricity counter when you arrive and when you depart. The paiement is due when you leave.
