Delicious roof attic nestled between PELMO and ANTELAO, just 10 km from the famous Cortina d'Ampezzo Ski Area. Cute and warm, 3rd floor with lift and covered garage. L'appartamento è romantico e confortevole, arredi e pavimento in legno locale. Lo spazio living ha un comodo sofà, TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo che ospita comodamente 6 persone. L'angolo cucina è ben attrezzato (gas, lavastoviglie, frigo, freezer, fornetto). La camera matrimoniale ha un letto molto grande e una scala che consente di accedere a un'area relax dotata di una finestra gigante con vista mozzafiato. Si tratta di uno spazio sottotetto dotato di un futon, adatto al relax. La camera a 2 letti ha un castello, un piccolo scrittoio e TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno ha un'ampia doccia, wc, bidet, lavabo e lavatrice. La tariffa INCLUDE tutti i consumi, compreso riscaldamento. Free wifi. Our flat is romantic and warm. Furniture and floor in local wood. The living has a comfortable sofa, flat tv, a dining area up to 6 people, a kitchen area fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas, oven). The double room has a big bed and a stair to access the under roof space, where a huge window allows a 270 degrees panorama glance). A futon bed is here located, ideal for relaxing time under the roof. The double room has 2 beds, one is a castle, and a small flat tv. The bathroom, new, has s shower, bidet, wc and a washing machine. The tariff INCLUDES all consumptions, also heating expenses. Free wifi. Non sono ammesse più di 4 persone, anche nel sottotetto c'è un futon.... pensato per il relax sotto le stelle! Not more than 4 people are allowed to occupy the flat, even if under the roof there is one more futon bed! Viviamo in un'altra città, ma conosciamo bene Borca dove scappiamo appena possibile. We live in another town, but our deep knowledge of Borca and its mountains is at complete disposal of our guests via email or text. Borca di Cadore è un piccolo paesino delle Dolomiti cortinesi. Direttamente dalla casa potete iniziare magnifiche passeggiate al monte Pelmo. Un'area ski particolarmente adatta ai bimbi è a 3 km, area di San Vito, ottima anche principianti. Il comprensorio di Cortina vi aspetta a 10 km, connessa suoi 140 km di pista e la possibilità di fare giro dei 4 passi, Sellaronda. Ottime discese per freerider e appassionati di sci alpinismo. Borca di Cadore is a small village of the Dolomites. From our house you can start magnificent walks up to Pelmo. You have a smaller ski area at just 3 Km, in San Vito di Cadore (here slopes are vey good for beginners and kids) or you could go to Cortina Ski Area, more than 140 km of slopes. Here you can go for the Sellaronda, find good options for freeriders or ski mountaineering lovers. La macchina e' necessaria. La fermata bus più vicina e' a 10/15 minuti a piedi. Così il market. You need a car; the nearest bus stop and market is at 10/15 minutes walk. Borca di Cadore NON è Cortina. E' vicina (di solito ci vogliono 10 minuti in auto) ma è diversa. Cortina e' glamour, adatta allo shopping e alla vita notturna. Se state cercando questo evitate Borca. Borca è tranquilla, rilassante, pochi negozi (essenziali), montagne magnifiche, silenzio .... e qualche ristorante eccellente! Borca di Cadore is NOT Cortina! It's close (10 minutes driving in normal condition) but it's different. Cortina is glamorous, with lots of discos, fashion shops and very sophisticated people going around. If you are looking for that kind of holiday, avoid Borca. Borca is quiet, true mountains, true people, good genuine restaurants and ...SILENCE and WOOD all around.
