Splendid villa for 6 person near Carcassonne in Cathar Country with a stunning view over the vineyards and a secured swimming pool of 7m Beautiful house for 6 with a big garden, private parking and a stunning view over the vineyards. The house is perfectly situated to give you the opportunity to explore all the treasures of this beautiful department in south-central France. Situated in a little village you are certain to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house consists of two large rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, a living area, an US kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a sheltered entrance hall and a terrace with garden furniture and beautiful fountains and a view over the hills. Everything is there to relax or to have a cosy dinner with friends or family. Equipments: Dresser, library, TV , dvd player, cd player, radio, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kitchen appliances (coffee maker, kettle ...), dishwasher, hairdryer, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The house must be returned in a good condition (bed linen out and folded at the foot of the bed, dishwasher emptied and tidy, fridge cleaned ...). After some inconvenience previously caused by some tenants, hence a deposit of 150 e is requested on your arrival which will be returned to you at the time of your departure if no damage has been found. If the housekeeping instructions have not been complied with, 50 e will be deducted from the deposit amount. The house is equipped to welcome young children (the equipment will be made available to you free of charge on request). You are wwelcome !!! The owners (a young couple with 2 children ) reside in a studio adjoining the house and will do their best to ensure a comfortable stay for you . The house is in a small village. The nearest shops are 10 km away and the nearest big supermarket is 15 km away. Car is essential. Airport and train station are 15km away. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed inside the house A deposit of 300 is required at your arrival. If the housekeeping instructions have not been complied with, 50 e will be deducted from the deposit amount.
