West Waterhead Room

A comfortable spacious double room in a family home with a king size bed and a bathroom/shower-room. Breakfast is included generally an English Breakfast, fruit and cereal. There is a small fridge outside of the room. Guests are welcome to use the available picnic ware. West Waterhead is just outside Kingsbridge ; an ideal position to explore the South Hams. Perfect for Dartmouth or Salcombe A large, light airy comfortable double room with a kingsize bed.The room is on the ground floor with garden views, there is a large private shower/bathroom. Hot drinks can be made in the (Website hidden by Airbnb) TV provides channels that can be found on freeview. Guests can have access to a laundry room ,ironing stuff and the garden. There is a separate entrance that guests can use. There are garden seats that can be used by the guests. At the end of our lane is the bus stop for Dartmouth/Kingsbridge/Plymouth. There are some lovely walks from the house. We are around for breakfast, welcome refreshments , local info ; and for a chat if required. Every where one walks or drives there is a wow view in the South Hams. It is a breathtakingly beautiful place to live....we are so so lucky. Minutes from the house are amazing walks giving spectacular views towards Salcombe and a beautiful walk through the West Charleton Nature reserve to the estuary. West Waterhead is along a private lane . It is a peaceful and quiet location snug in the valley. The garden provides an ideal opportunity to relax , read or just listen to the stream. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane which runs on the hour. Its a bus that in one direction goes through Kingsbridge and on to other villages with its final destination being Plymouth. Alternatively the opposite way takes you on an incredible drive to Dartmouth....sitting upstairs is obligatory because of the views! Unfortunately we do not take pets.
