House is situated in a quiet cul de sac with front and back gardens. 300 yds from new M74 accessing all areas. Close to Hamden park and 10 minute's from city centre. Easy parking. Traditional, spotless, warm, quiet and comfortable. A haven for yu You will have access to bath/ shower room, sitting room, kitchen and garden area. I work irregular hours and a lot of them. so not always at home. When not here guests can call me any time with any questions or concerns they may have. When home you are welcome to join me in the sitting room to watch tv or chat. Whatever suits you. My neighbours are friendly and helpful. Always willing to help if needed. Area is quiet, there are no children to disturb this peace. Parking is easy and busses, train station are within 5 minute walking distance. Bus service to and from city centre can be boarded and alight 20 yards from house. No 75 bus runs every 15 minutes. Day passes can be purchased. Train station is a 10 minute walk. The M74 is as close as a 5 minute drive from home giving access to M73, M8 and easy travel to anywhere you wish to go.
