Burnely is a wonderfully restored federation home decorated with old world furntiure and trickets from a bygone era. a short walk from the cafes and hotels on Avon Terrace, Burnely offers a country retreat for your family and friends. Burnely House is a large Federation home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and large entertaining areas. Burnley has a private pool, BBQ, fire pit and large private yard. Large verandah's surround the entire house with several seating areas to enjoy. Burnely also has access to the Tennis court and the Shed. The shed is a converted shed with a table tennis table, games and seating for groups to enjoy. Situated on 15 acres of land, there are 14 apacas, 2 sheep 6 ducks and our resident kangaroo Katie Contact with the homeowners is available via email and phone. You will be able to let yourself into the building. York is a beautiful and bustling heritage town filled with charm and excitement. Entry to our cottages and Burnley House is by a key held in a lock box net to the front doors of each accommodation.
