A discount is offered if you come for the 2nd,3rd...times or stay longer. 是透天樓房共4樓，出租房間各位於3樓及4樓,共有3間。這房位於4樓，4樓只有一房，可住2人，若有需要住3人，也可另加一單人3尺床墊，但走道會相對變小。房前面有一超大陽台。房後面樓梯外側另有一大陽台，有洗衣機在該處可供使用。房東住2樓,請放心,房東完全不擾人，但會盡量提供服務，客人可隨時自由出入。 公共區域 看得到的 皆可使用 緊鄰公園轉角巷中10幾戶小社區 在公園旁 附近極好停車 門口也一定有位 夜深請保持安靜 社區附近極幽靜
