I'm off the grid a bit. I can provide advice on the best transport. It's a very safe complex. I live next to the security post ... they are slightly audible, but they keep things very safe. You have your own room and access to the house. I have a studio in which I do online work and sleep. You will be given a key to the front door and your room. I am here, but can't be bothered at some times. I have a maid and an admin assistant. It's quiet. There's a small childrens park to the left of the house. I've my own bike to get me around. If you are staying for a few days the online bikes are readily available. Most amenities are available online. I get my veggies at the local shops but otherwise purchase online. You will have a key to the house and to your room and a needed orientation.
