The space also acts as an Art Gallery for a range of modern Australian painters. You will have the complete apartment to yourself, which includes a large living/dining area, a wonderful balcony, fully luxury equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, and laundry also with Miele washer and dryer. The main bedroom is very large and the huge ensuite has a generous spa. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd has a single bed and one pull out bed. The back deck is a pleasant surprise, the perfect place for a meal or a quiet afternoon siesta! Close to all the facilities you may need, including train and bus services, Surf and Sailing Club, and the Hallett Cove Boardwalk. Your hosts, John and Janie, are locals, having lived in the area for many years. We are a phone call away, and look forward to making your stay a highlight of your year. Kingston Park boasts Adelaide's only North facing beach, with white sand and great rockpool exploration opportunities at your fingertips. It is a significant Indigenous site, has historic walks and its own house, Kingston House, just up the road . Caravan coffee and pop up eateries may halt your short walk to the Surf Club or local Hotel if you can bear to leave the view and serenity of 4/33a! Close to bus service and a 5 minute walk to the train station, both of which will take you to Jetty Rd, Brighton or Jetty Rd, Glenelg, both with great shopping and street cafes. A quick 20 minute train trip will have you in the Adelaide CBD. Our apartment is in an exclusive group of 8. There are some elderly and single residents who like the peace and quiet so we ask that you keep outside noise respectfully low. Also any food deliveries are required to be met at the main door, not the internal apartment door. Please be aware of our no events policy!
