Arnisdale Homestay by the vines

Located on Rapaura Road our unit is situated around 40 metres from the main road. The vineyard’s picturesque surroundings coupled with comfortable decor in our self-contained unit will be the perfect escape at any time of the year. Sleeping up to 4 people with a super-king bed in the bedroom and a queen size tilt-away bed in lounge area. Our house is around 15-20 metres away from your building should you need anything. I also run an indoor plant store on our property called Indoor Botanicals. • Netflix, Freeview and smart TV in lounge and bedroom. • Fridge • Microwave • Toaster • Complimentary tea and coffee. • Nespresso machine • Oven and ceramic cooktop You have your own self contained guesthouse with private patio area including a bbq for your use with outdoor lounge suit and dining table overlooking the vineyards. Parking is directly outside your unit. The building is entirely doubled glazed (windows/doors) with thermal/block out curtains. There is a lockbox outside your door with the key inside. I am here most of the time and happy to help in any way I can. Otherwise I will leave you to your privacy. Saint Clair winery is our closest winery just 1km away down the road from us with Makana Chocolate factory on the other side of the road. Many, many other wineries to choose from along Rapaura road and beyond. We have a Four Square supermarket 1km the other way located in Spring Creek. The majority of the wine tours do complimentary pick ups from here. Taxi companies and ‘Driving Miss Daisy’ are other options if you need picked up or dropped off also. ● 10 minutes from Blenheim airport ● 5 minutes from Blenheim town ● 5 minutes from Blenheim railway station ● 20 minutes from Picton and the Interislander or Bluebridge ferries ● 30 minutes from Havelock We have a complete no smoking policy on our property.
