Lovely French Farmhouse with Private Swimming Pool

Fabulous 19th century private French Farmhouse, with beautiful views and lovely original features such as original wooden floorboards, original beams and a beautiful stone barn situated to the rear of the property. Our house is set in the stunning region of Creuse in a little hamlet of La Regeasse. In our local town of Bourganeuf just a short 1km away you will find coffee shops, supermarkets, a hospital, bakery, pharmacy, church, golf course, tennis courts, water museum and a cinema. Our property has ample grassed garden space and large lighted decking area perfect to host a barbeque on those sunny days and nights which is also provided for your use. Within the decked area there is a large, secure gated swimming pool. To the front of the property you are met with large gates and security lighting for those dark evenings. These provide extra privacy and secure parking for up to 6 vehicles during your stay. The downstairs of the property offers a large bathroom with clothes washing facilities and a clothes press. The kitchen has all your cooking essentials and appliances such as dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and oven. Within the kitchen there is a large dining table to host all of your guests. In the large living/lounge space you will find comfortable sofa's, English and French TV, coffee table and a games cupboard. From the living area you can also access the decking and pool area through an additional door. Upstairs has 4 large double bedrooms, 2 with en-suites. The upstairs can sleep a total of 8, with 2 single beds and 3 doubles. A travel cot is also available at property should it be needed for any little ones. All bedding and towels are provided and inclusive of all costs. Due to the location being rural and based within the beautiful French countryside a vehicle will be needed. However, this is just a short commute into our local village of Bourganeuf which could be walked to within 15 minutes. Our nearest airport is Limoges- approx 1hour away. Please note The pool and hot tub are closed from October till the end of May weather permitting .. We are available by phone if needed We have neighbours both side Car is needed Due to the original floorboards we recommend that footwear should be worn indoors during your stay. Our swimming pool is treated and tested with chlorine products and is cleaned regularly between bookings.
