A private, two storey city pad hidden amongst beautiful lush gardens. This place is a contemporary-retro house centrally positioned in the heart of Wollongong. Unique pieces of furniture & original artworks make this place a cultural retreat. Walking distance to shops, cafe's, restaurants, Wollongong Central & only a moment from the beaches, lagoon, harbour & rock pool. It is set within beautifully landscaped outdoor areas-bbq & outdoor spa. Large trees keep this hidden gem private & quiet. 3 queen beds and one single bed. All beds have inner-spring mattresses... super comfy! There is also access to a single inner spring mattress for the floor if an 8th person is needs to be accommodated. Spa is not operational during winter. The space is owner occupied mid week so there is no access to garage and wardrobes. Guests have access to all areas of the house (excluding wardrobes). Garage is currently out of access due to storage and private storage of tools and an elderly cat who is too old to travel. Free off Street Parking is available in two visitor carports at the fork of the driveway though and if absolutely necessary... directly outside the front entrance. Via Airbnb message. Trains from Wollongong Bus service from Crown St or Rowland Avenue Uber and Taxi Spa is not operational during winter. It is a pet friendly space so not ideal for guests with pet allergies. My old cat Morgan occupies the garage with access via the screen door pet door. He is completely self contained but may meow on Sunday night as this is when we are usually back.
