Here is our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Darling Heights, Toowoomba, close to USQ. This house is fully furnished and has loads of living spaces. Three bedrooms in total; 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. All linen supplied. Free wifi; Netflix on the main TV. No pets allowed. When booking, please list names of all who are staying. This is a lovely family house that has been newly renovated. There are two queen beds and two single beds (or another queen instead of two singles) across the three bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite, and there is a large family bathroom with bath tub and shower, and a separate toilet. The lounge room has a large 55” TV with Netflix, and there is another small lounge area with a TV and childrens' toys. A small laptop desk, a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer, and a large kitchen make this a perfect place for families or groups. Out the back, you can enjoy an undercover BBQ area with plenty of seating. Reverse cycle airconditioning in lounge and dining/rumpus areas keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. The two main bedrooms have ceiling fans. It is convenient to access Gabbinbar Estate, one of Toowoomba’s top wedding venues. Darling Heights State School is closeby, and the University of Southern Queensland and the amazing Japanese peace garden are a short drive away. Enjoy a coffee during your visit to the peaceful Springs Garden Centre and Kingfisher Cafe. It’s also a short drive to Preston Peak Winery, Picnic Point, the historic Empire Theatre and the city centre. The City Golf Club and Toowoomba Golf Club Middle Ridge are also close. There is a pleasant rumpus area with books, games and toys to keep the children entertained, as well as a fenced yard. Double carport for your cars but no access to the locked garage. If you decide to book this house, all guests' names must be listed at time of booking. This is a four bedroom home, however, by booking this listing you will have access to only three bedrooms. Guests have access to all areas booked, except for the linen cupboard in the laundry which holds the cleaner's supplies. There is a garden shed and a garage in the back yard that are also locked. This was our family home and we rent it out now that we have moved from the town. We will not be at the property during your stay so you can enjoy the privacy of our entire home from check-in to check-out. Access is via a key lockbox system. We are always contactable by phone or email, and our relatives living close by are most helpful in an emergency. This is a quiet residential area, with children living as neighbours on both sides. Please restrict noise at night. A car is always useful in Toowoomba. There are two undercover car parks at our house. Otherwise, please park on the road, not on the grass. If you do not have a car, there are buses on West St, a short walk away. There are good taxis services across the city, and UBER is now available in Toowoomba. A welcome book will detail all the things that you need to know about the property and the city in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. A supply of tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets, basic condiments, as well as toiletries and toilet paper are available to make your first days easier. For a longer stay, you will need to visit our nearby shops for extra supplies. There is a hairdryer in the main bathroom. The two single beds can be another queen bed if required; let me know in advance. Please don’t remove doona covers - leave these for our cleaner to deal with.
