We welcome long term stays and work related purposes. This guesthouse is fully furnished upmarket design kitchen and bathroom. That's also includes open living, with two bedrooms (that sleeps up to six people) There is a generous size lounge and dining area. It's all back onto and gorgeous sun drenched deck and elevated grass plateau and play areas for the actual occupants to enjoy and chill out. It is perfect for a family with kids or groups, reunion, business traveller and solo adventures. Guests can use all of the rear yard area. There is a fenced boundary for the property which provides privacy for guests. There is 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and 2 pull out beds if require. 1 min walk to the bus stop ( it is should feel like it is door to door to most area as the bus can take you right to the train station. 5 mins drive to Cabramatta station 5-8 mins bus ride to Cabramatta CBD 45 mins drive to Sydney CBD 45 mins train to Sydney CBD 5min drive to fashion spree, 10 mins drive to Stockland 5 mins drive to Mountie club or courtesy bus can pick you up 5 mins walks Cornershops on the street 5 mins drive to Canley height 8 mins drive to Liverpool Westfield 8 mins drive to Liverpool hospital Plenty off Street parking 30 min drive Olympic Park, 14km away - Free Wi-Fi - Free Parking - laundry Machine - Dishwasher - Air condition - Microwave - 40 inch TV - Fridge and Freezer - Radio - All cleaning detergents are provided - rice cooker - linen, Towels - pots and pans to cook meals All guests will access the property through the common drive way and you will see the guest house at the back. Another suburb Close by like Canley Heights has streets filled with cafes & Vietnamese eateries that Will excite your taste buds. There are many hidden gems and shopping is a must. With Bargains around every corner. It is a place for friends to enjoy & gather experience the multi culture. Cabramatta is a Mecca of authentic asian delights. Streets fill with jampacked restaurants with food plus drinks and desserts that will surprise your taste buds. They are multicultural shops. It is a very unique niche market and a feast for all the sense. The Guesthouse is close to many shopping centres, golf clubs, water parks, parks, entertainments, clubs, popular wedding functions centres, markets, schools and much more If you are planning to use the public transportation, you will need to purchase the Opal Card which can be purchase at most news agent. This card will allow you to pay for bus, ferry and train. That can take you all around Sydney CBD, blue mountain, parramatta and around tourist area. If you are driving, the main road is just around the corner from my street. Please only use Microwave mode Only. Do not the confection oven as it does offer that function. Please watch your steps on the front porch area when enter and exit the place. Everything is provide for your comfortable stay.
