Caves Beach Bush Retreat

Situated in native bushland above Caves Beach, this is the perfect place for a family getaway. 5 min walk to Caves Beach with easy access to local secrets Pinny Beach and Spoon Rock and the surrounding Wallarah National Park. This 3 level, 4 bdrm house sleeps 8 people and offers air con, swimming pool, 3 full bathrooms, wi-fi, home theatre system, Netflix, Stan, snooker table and a games room. The saltwater pool has a lovely entertaining area. This a great retreat for a couple or a single person wanting some space, through to an extended family or two families holidaying together. For a tranquil place to work there is high speed wifi and a two comfortable office desks. For families with small children, the property has a travel cot on site. Older children are catered with two bunk beds. The downstairs games room has ping pong and a soccer table. We have Netflix, Telstra TV and Stan. You can cast to the TV or we even have kids and adult DVDs! You can base your whole trip to the Lake Macquarie and Hunter region from this house. You will have access to the property across three levels, the large double driveway and the outdoor entertaining areas. The garage will be locked to store personal belongings. You will access the keys via a lockbox. Available via text or email. Or phone call in emergencies. This is a restful part of an already relaxed neighbourhood. Caves Beach is a wonderful place to get some rest or get back into nature. Or have a small party that considers our neighbours as the night gets late. Caves Beach is serviced by public buses linking you with Newcastle and surrounds, including Cardiff Railway Station. The local hotels: Caves Beach Hotel, Swansea Hotel, Swansea Workers Club and Catherine Hill Bay Pub all have courtesy buses you can book. You can walk to Caves Beach - 5 mins there (downhill) but 10 minutes back (uphill!). The house is located next to the start of a nature walk through to Catherine Hill Bay via Wallarah National Park. This is a family home, please treat it gently. We will have some children’s toys packed away that you are welcome to use. We’ll also have some food in the cupboards - feel free to use the essentials (salt and pepper, olive oil, etc) rather than having to travel with a full kitchen of ingredients!
