Change into a swimsuit and a relaxed state of mind simultaneously. Breathe in salt air on a stroll to the beach, or hop into a gated pool. Have a BBQ on the patio and after-dinner drinks on a romantic balcony. Sleep between crisp white sheets. This recently refreshed ground floor unit is located within a secured, low-rise building on Albatross Avenue, easily seen from across Nobby Beach Surf Club. It is an open-plan, light and airy unit which can accomodate up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children max) or 3 adults comfortably. For those early risers, you will be able to catch the sunrise glistening against the ocean from the front patio, whilst you enjoy your morning coffee or tea. As an alternative to the sand and surf, there is a spacious private courtyard that makes the perfect choice to chill out and let time pass, where you can still hear the therapeutic sound of waves crashing onshore. As our guests, you will have access to the entire open-plan unit including a large private courtyard with BBQ facilities; outdoor lounge chairs and cushions; a spacious front patio and a shared swimming pool. The plantation shutters offer you enough privacy yet, still allow the sea breeze through for that coastal feel. Each room has it's own remote controlled ceiling fan and air-con to accomodate to your comfort needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, DeLonghi coffee (pods) machine, refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher. There are also some pantry staples; salt/pepper/oil; cutleries; crockeries and cooking utensils (just in case). You can dine at the breakfast bar and stools, otherwise there is a dining table with four chairs to enjoy a meal at. The laundry contains a Fisher & Paykle washing machine & dryer; as well as laundry liquid for your convenience. For the work traveler, a Canon Pixma wireless scanner/printer is available for you to use. You are welcome to use it to print some holiday pics too, so snap away and make memories! There is plenty of free street parking around, we also have a securely gated, underground single car space available upon request, let us know upon confirmation of your booking for access and we will endeavour to arrange it. Kindly understand that we often need to use this parking too so it may not always be available. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be given a pin code to the mailbox, where the key into the building is kept. Another security code is required to gain access into the unit. Please keep in mind we cannot always accomodate your request to view the unit as it may be occupied by other guests, Airbnb also recommends against this practise and suggests that you refer to the detailed contents and photos of our listing. We are readily available via the Airbnb messaging platform to accomodate during your stay. Should there be any concerns within the unit, we are only a short 20 mins drive to assist. The condo is in the Nobby Beach neighbourhood, surrounded by an array of eateries and cafes. The nearby Marine Parade is a perfect pathway that leads to sun, surf, and sand. Amenities and public transportation are all within walking distance in Nobby Beach, so hiring a car may not be necessary at all during your stay. From Gold Coast Hwy: Head North on a ROUTE 700 bus (every 5 mins) will take you to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach within 5 mins time. Along the way, you will pass many eateries worth trying. Please see map attached. You may want to continue your journey North and visit Surfers Paradise and surrounds via The G-Link (tram) or buses from The Broadbeach South Station. or, Head South on the ROUTE 700 bus (every 5 mins) will take you through Miami, Burleigh, Palm Beach, Tugun, Kirra and Coolangatta. A note to stop by Burleigh Heads Beach for the day. Aside from the gorgeous outlook onto the beach, there is an abundance of food offerings as well as retail shops to browse through. One day is easily not quite enough to be honest, so start early. A note to our LONG TERM GUESTS - You will be asked for your preferred frequency for the unit to be cleaned/replenished and bed linen changed. You may choose from 10 days / 2 weeks or 3 weeks. Or you may choose to opt out, preferring not to be disturbed at all during your stay. The choice is yours, just let us know. Keep in mind there are some cleaning products as well as the laundry facilities, readily available within the unit for your convenience.
