Nest Farms, a sustainable farmstay

An urban homestay/ farmstay with modern ammenities. With a fully functional kennel for dogs. A place where you can also learn sustainable living off an acre farm. A working chikoo (sapodilla) farm where you can work hands on and learn about the fruit, horticulture, permaculture and processing. We cook mostly organic and locally produced veggies etc. for our meals (charged extra). Guests are welcome to explore the entire place and also get to know more about recycled material like pellet wood used for construction and the water and harvesting systems at play. Guests are also allowed to cook in the kitchen*. (When not in use) We love to socialise with guests and also give them their space when needed. Guests are welcome to call and (Hidden by Airbnb) if they have questions before coming over. A quite environment and farm related activities around us. A large number of birds and butterflies visit this place. Birds like Drongos, Cuckoo, Herons, Bulbul, Mainas, Robins, Kingfishers, Brown sparrows and pigeons etc. Guests can drive in with their cars, use (Hidden by Airbnb) map search "nest farms" or take cheaper local train ride from Mumbai and then take shuttle tuktuks or auto-rickshaws as they are called locally. Bicycles can be hired from the farm to go around the country side. We don't sell or serve alcohol but guests are welcome to carry their own spirits and wine. We have pet dogs, ducks and rabbits.
