Queen bed in quiet home (maximum 2 people)

A queen bedroom in a quiet, peaceful, and happy home. If you proceed with this booking, you are booking only one room in a 3 bedroom upstairs home. The queen bedroom can be booked for up to 2 people. The number of people you enter affects the price. Please enter this accurately. Three guestrooms upstairs share the kitchen and loungeroom spaces, and separate toilet and bathroom. Facilities upstairs are shared by a maximum of 4 people. I live downstairs. The house is on a quiet street and backs onto a park. Please be aware that the back garden is not child-friendly nor suited to the mobility impaired as it is a work in progress. Front driveway is under cover and is cemented and with good access. Nearest train station is Bray Park station which is 1.8km away. Express trains go through Petrie station which is a similar distance away, as is Strathpine train station and the shopping centre. There are several restaurants about 1 km away. WiFi is available for guests. Bathroom, toilet, loungeroom, diningroom and kitchen are shared guest spaces. There is plenty of cupboard and fridge space available in a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a tall bookshelf worth of fiction and non-fiction books available to guests. I live on downstairs portion of the property and am available to answer questions or give the odd lift to the shops if I'm available. I may be available to pick you up from the airport / train station for a donation towards petrol. I cannot guarantee this but am happy to if I can. Bus at the door goes to Lawnton and Petrie station. To go to the city the train from Bray Park is best. it takes 33 minutes to central station. I may be available to provide a lift occasionally but I cannot guarantee this, but please ask and I will aim to help. I'll accept donations towards petrol. A permaculture garden is being created and at the moment the garden is quite messy. In future fresh organic produce from the garden will be available to guests. Please do not feed the chickens or enter their enclosure. They are only fed organic food. Composting bin is optionally available to guests. Please let me know if you're interested in composting and I'll explain the process and provide compostible bags.
