A comfy bed , sofa chair and Chaise lounge looking over ocean view. Minutes walk to cafes, restaurant and gallery. Sunny studio with view and sitting area, located at a cul de sac Avenue at the foot of the Royal National Park. Suitable for couples with or without a baby and individuals who want to relax away from the city. Private access via a gate at the northern side of the house. I live at the premises and happy to give assistance if needed. A very quiet neighborhood, people are friendly and helpful. Stanwell Park train station is within a walking distance. A 5 min walk to Stanwell Park Beach. Bald Hill can be accessed by foot on a bush walk or by car (3min) for sky diving. Walking distance (2km) to Coal Cliff ocean pool. A longer walk (3.5km) to Sea Cliff Bridge.
