The Orchards at Shottenden enjoys the luxury of a rural small holding setting. Picturesque views from every angle and guests can enjoy walks through the orchard meadow to pick fruit and nuts if they wish. We are lucky enough to enjoy that sanctuary of the countryside yet only a short drive from famous landmarks such as Canterbury Cathedral and Castles. There are wonderful zoos and animals parks for the whole family to enjoy. Farm shops and restaurants. Champneys spa at Eastwell Manor only 10 minutes drive. Beautiful beaches only 20 minutes drive. Lots of walks with pubs en route, there’s so much to explore for all to experience. We welcome adults and children age 2+ but no pets. Orchard meadows. Private parking for one vehicle, if you plan to have guests for the day please check with us in advance as we only have a limited number of parking spaces. Shottenden is a peaceful rural village which is surrounded by farmland. Throughout the village there is local produce to buy and many friendly faces to point you in the right direction. We are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty where many walks for all abilities can be enjoyed. We have high standards and would like to put your mind at ease with the cleanliness, all those things are taken care of so you don’t have to.
