3 minutes drive to the M6 and M55

My name is Craig and i am renting my spare room out in Barton, North Preston. I am a professional who generally works long hours with a Thursday and Friday off. My place is located just off the A6 with a 3 minute drive to the M6 and M55. I am a 10 minute drive to the city of Preston, and a 7 minute drive to the Royal Preston Hospital. My apartment is clean, bright and has a fully equipped kitchen for you to use at any time of your stay. The bathroom has a shower above the bath. Locatedjust off the A6 in the village of Barton, North Preston, Lancashire. Happy to share the lounge area. I don't shy away from sharing a bottle of wine. Brand new estate with only 72 houses.
