Providing quality, accommodation for fellow air BnB travellers. Although the home is perfect for families, it is also a nice atmosphere for singles, couples & friends traveling together. Perfect if you want to be central to the wine region & city. We welcome you to enjoy our spacious three bedroom house. With lovely gardens & room to move you'll have everything you need to make a pleasant stay. The house- Ducted gas heating & ducted evaporative cooling will give year round comfort. The three bedrooms- *Bedroom one consists of a queen bed, with direct access to the three way bathroom. *Bedroom two accommodates two people, with two single beds. *Bedroom three accommodates two people, with a comfy double bed. All fresh, quality linen is provided. The bathroom is located central to the bedrooms Children- The kitchen- Open plan kitchen/family room The new kitchen is fully equipped: *Large gas stove top & electric oven *Microwave *Kettle & toaster *Cooking equipment & utensils *Crockery *basic cooking needs Dining- The six seater dining table is situated in the large family room. We also have a six seater outdoor setting & extra chairs if you wish to dine in our lovely outdoors. Lounge room- You will find a large flatscreen TV & comfy couch. Outside- Your will enjoy our delightful, outdoor entertaining area, with large bbq & outdoor setting. If you have kids, they will love our yard. with plenty of grass & garden for them to explore. Pets negotiable Laundry- Washing machine & washing powder included. We don't have a dryer, however there is an outside line & two clothes horses. Parking- There is a double driveway & plenty of parking as we are at the end of a cul-de-sack. Please park to the far left of the driveway as the tenant to the unit parks on the right. You have private access to the whole house & garden. There is an attached one bedroom unit which has a lovely full time tenant. It is completely separate and sound proofed to the main house. This will not interfere with your stay. We just ask you to be mindful of outside noise :) We will do our very best to greet you if we are in town. Wynn Vale is one of Adelaide's North East pristine suburbs. A clean, green, safe, family friendly town. There are lots of parklands with playgrounds for the kids, an awesome skate park & walking trails (including the famous Heysen trial) We are not far from the main road which takes you to: Restaurants & dining- Just a 3-5 min walk will take you to quick dining options such as all the fast food chains & cafe primo. 10 min walk will take you to the Golden Grove Village tavern (which has an awesome soundproof play area for the kids "and parents") Shopping centres- 5 min walk will take you to the lovely Golden Grove shopping village, with 2 supermarkets, BW, Target & plenty of specialty boutique stores, including the famous "Haighs" Chocolate. Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is a short bus trip or a 7 min drive. Walking distance to all amenities. If you don't have a car, you will find there is very good access to public transport. There is a bus stop right at your doorstep (30 Second walk) that will take you right to the city, via the O-Bahn fast track. A five minute walk will take you to the Golden Grove Village interchange with other destination options. The house is a 45 min drive to the airport and 30 min drive to the city.
