The annex is part of the main house, however it has its own access and amenities that include off road parking. 15 min drive from the foot of Mt.Snowdon. Ideal location to explore North Wales and UNESCO World Heritage Slate landscape. 10min drive to the beach at Dinas Dinlle, the picturesque villages of Beddgelert, Betws Y Coed, Portmeirion and the Isle of Anglesey only a short drive away. Newly renovated annex with a fully equiped kitchen including pots, pans,crockery, cutlery, cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron a small ironing board and a washing machine. Bathroom includes sink, shower, heated towel rail and toilet ( BATHROOM TOWELS NOT PROVIDED), hand towels are provided. Livingroom with dinning room table, sofa bed & television.
