Peaceful and tranquil Family home with 2 SELF CONTAINED bedrooms available. ROOMS ONLY. Family live in home so you will probalby have some contact during your stay There are 3 outdoor areas available for you to relax in. Beautiful gardens. Close to Fremantle , Perth, the Ocean, Swan RIver and Pt Walter. Close to buses and trains, major shopping ,walking distance to local shops.Very safe and peaceful area to walk around. Long term renters may have access to other areas of the home. Available is 2 self contained guest rooms in our family home. One queen, one double, which can host 4 people with a shared bathroom. Mini fridge in both rooms with kettle and toaster. Continental breakfast supplied. Evening meal available at an extra charge, by arangement. Modern fixtures and decor, wardrobes in each room Comfortable beds with 1000 thread count sheets on both beds. extra pillows and bedding available. This is not a party house. This is a tranquil space for relaxing. Areas available are ROOMS ONLY within a family home and are self contained with mini fridge and continental Breakfast. You are welcome to use the 3 outdoor areas to enjoy and relax in. Parking is at the front of the house with further parking in the side street. Entry is through the gate on the main driveway I will usually be available to welcome you to the property. If not there is a lock box near the front door. I will be available to assist you through out your stay if required. Quiet leafy suburb, with 2 parks near by to walk around and enjoy. 2 lovely cafe's 5 minutes walk from the home, gourmet deli, bottle shop, takeaways, ,beautician and butcher shop Buses available 5 mins walk from the home to bring you to Fremantle, perth and the train station, where you can travel to Mandurah or Joondellup. Parking available for 2 cars 5 mins drive to Pt Walter on the swan river. 10 mins to the ocean, Port beach or Leigton beach. 10 min drive to Freo to enjoys pubs, bars and resturants, the markets and the ocean and river. The areas available are SELF CONTAINED ROOMS ONLY within a family home. For longer term renters KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY facilities will be available by negotiation. There is private parking and under cover storage areas if you are staying for an extended period
