Chatswood House-2 bedrooms, EASY access to city

Very nice house, in a very good and safe suburb in Sydney. The place is located in a quiet area, close to Victoria Avenue. On-street parking and always available. 8 minute walk to train and metro; less then 20 minutes to city centre 15" taxi/Uber ride to city centre 30" ride to airport 5" walk to 2 mega shopping centres: Chatswood Chase and Westfield. Plus, you can WALK to whatever you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, coffee shops, drugstores, doctor, library, gym, bus station. Home situated on the corner of Albert Ave. and Olga St. The suburb has great access to the city. In the corner you can take a bus to go direct to city centre: Opera House, Bridge, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, China Town, takes around 20 minutes. You can take a bus DIRECT to several beaches too as Bondi, Balmoral, Manly, Dee Why, Fresh Water, Curl Curl. If you DO have a car, it's excellent because it's close to everything and the main roads. On-street parking always available. It’s the first time we are renting out the house, so everything is very well prepared and the guest will find new sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. the entire HOUSE is yours I will always available in (Hidden by Airbnb) and also I have a property manager (my wife!). Chatswood is a Sydney suburb that is increasingly Asian (notably Chinese, Hong Kong, Korean, Japanese) and this is reflected in the local shops, restaurants, and population, but it's a very mixed suburb. Australia is multi-cultural. We have several supermarkets in a few minutes walking: Coles (2), Aldi (2), Woolworths as a lot of shops for groceries and coffee shops. You will find all kind of restaurants in the area. If you have a CAR, you have easy access to northern beaches (Balmoral, Manly) or the famous Bondi Beach. Only ceiling FANS are used for summer time cooling (no air conditioning). Fans are in lounge room and main bedroom only. The house have a lot of trees around, so it is fresh and no need air conditioning.
