This studio apartment is perfect for the single traveler or a couple looking for temporary extended stay lodging. Everything is modern. Just remodeled in 2021. Butcher block counter tops. Queen bed. Smart TV and WiFi included. 10 minutes from local beaches. 10 minutes to University of RI. Short walk to Main Street shopping. Access to bike path that takes you from Kingston station to Narragansett beach. A comfy home away from home! Being a self check in I keep interactions with my guest to a minimum. However I’m always available by using your messenger on the ABB app. I typically respond to my guests in under an hour during day time hours. More limited after 6pm. I live in town so I’m available to help if you ever need help with anything. Rear parking area is shared with My other ABB listing and my self. I’m a local electrician so I have an office space in front street side of the building so you might see me if I’m not out and about doing a wiring project.
