Gorgeous Sunny Mountain Apartment in La Chapelle condominium. With a beautiful view to the valley, close to the ski elevator and the wood. In a silent street of a typical Mountain small city (Jouvenceaux/Sauze D'Oulx), it is perfect for a family or a couple. Minimun rent: 4 days. Swimming Pool available only from July 15th until August 20th Tennis field always available by reservation (if not covered by snow) The house is fully equipped, the small kitchen is half new (fires, refrigerator, etc.) The Heat in the condominium will start October 15th and will end May 1st. It's an old cozy house, very well connected. It's part of my family since 3 generations. It's full of painting that me and my wife collected from different trips. Please, just be nice with It as it's part of my heart. The house has a queen bed in the bedroom and 3 single armchair bed in the living room. Depending by the season and your hobbies, there're so many thing to do and visit in the valley! Skii lift is very close to apartment (walkable in 10 minutes) and during summer there're beautiful strolls and hiking all around the town! I'll be always available for any suggestion! You can reach the house by car till the stairs that brings you to the apartment. There's an outdoor parking and private covered area. Inside the second one, we are the first parking on the right (number 53) I won't be around but I'm at disposal for any tips, informations, request or emergency on (Hidden by Airbnb) . You'll find on the dinner table, a list of activities, bar&restaurant informations of the area! As well, the doorkeeper of the condo will be at disposal facing a specific need regarding the house Jouvenceaux is a small fraction of Sauze D'Oulx, one of the most beautiful ancient small town in the Alps! Walk in the old center is super romantic and relaxing, as well It's where It start one of the biggest ski center of Europe (La Via Lattea). We have just 2 bars and 1 restaurant in our small village but food is amazing! 3 minutes driving you can reach Sauze D'Oulx where you can find move night life with bars, restaurant, music, Supermarket, etc. A bus that will pick you up to Sauze D'Oulx or down to the Valley is always available in high season. Usually It moves every hour. There're so many wonderful paths in the wood, rivers, lakes and outstanding different views. By driving, you can visit many other ancient town around but, trust me, Jouvenceaux is one of a kind :) The Heat in the condominium will start October 15th and will end May 1st. During Xmas and new years eve time minimum stay is 8 nights. Children Playgrounds is available for all kids of the condominium. In the Furniture of the Living room you can find lots of extras warm blankets Beach chairs and and portable table are available on the balcony. Please, do NOT use it on the deck, It's just for the outside. The food you'll find in the kitchen is at disposal! Please, replace It before leaving. Please, do not touch the paintings. If you need any extra product (cleaning, shower products, toilet papers, etc.) you can find it on the top shelf in the bathroom!
