My house that you’ll be sharing with me is a comfortable modern house in a well located suburb, it has lots of light and the back space is a large timber decked patio covered by a roofed pergola Located 10 minutes from Perth City Centre and 20 minutes from Fremantle, this comfortable home is a 7 minute walk to the train & bus station, with easy access to shops and cafes The private room has a privacy lock, ducted evaporative air-conditioner, Ceiling fan and a small heater for winter. Enjoy your own private large smart TV with Netflix access if required and free WIFI . There is plenty of storage space in the walk-in-robe as well as a safe You are welcome to use the lounge room and fully appointed kitchen, washing machine and dryer. You can also relax in the patio with mood lighting at night and enjoy a coffee or wine. On request a second bedroom with a Queen size bed is available for extra guests. The back Patio has a Comfy Couches, a Hammock, BBQ, and ceiling Fans I am only home on Mondays and some weekends but my brother also lives there and is home most days The kitchen is there for you to use with an electric oven, Gas stove and dish washer. Interaction with guests - basically I'm opening my home to you and inviting you to share it. We can talk about what you have planed or how the day went, maybe with a glass of wine, watch TV or a movie - or not, it's your choice.
