Lovely Room & Central Location

The house is a centrally located, beautiful classic QLD Bungalow, that was built in 1932 and has a warm, cozy feel. Your hosts will be Caroline & Paul with their cuddly indoor Burmese cats, Indy, Thomas and Georgie. The room accommodates 2 people in a very comfortable Sealy Posturepedic queen size bed with pillowtop mattress, clean pillows and doona for those chilly nights. There is also cupboard space for hanging clothing and personal items. Guests will have access to the whole house, including gym, treadmill, 65" TV, Computer, NBN, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and our back veranda for relaxing or eating meals. We are very used to having guests as we hosted homestay students from numerous counties for 7 years at our previous home in Brisbane. Our guests can chat to us as much they like or as little as they like. We are also happy to provide information to our guests about Ipswich, Brisbane and surrounding areas. Sadliers Crossing is a lovely leafy suburb with lots of beautiful heritage listed homes, the Ipswich Boys Grammar and Blair Primary School. The house is convieniently located a short 10 min walk to Ipswich Central, 150m away from a bus stop/convenience store and a 5 min walk to the nearest train station (will take you directly to Brisbane City and a train change to the airport). We are happy to pick up and drop off guests at the Ipswich train station if required.
