A beautiful private one bedroom self contained unit ( not shared ) in the heart of St Marys with all necessities. We are in the centre to the Blue mountain and Sydney city, 5 minutes drive to Nepean hospital, 10 -15 mins drive to Penrith Westfield, Nepean river, I-fly and Penrith Panthers, and easy 3 mins access to M4 and 2 mins access to Great western highway, also close to all amenities in St Marys and parks. Dear guests, Please note: My one bedroom self contained unit is designed for couples or singles only, restricted no kids. The apartment has a large comfortable queen size bed and good clean linens /bed sheets and spare pillows provided. There is a large built in mirrored wardrobe with drawers space and hangers and a fold out iron board and a steam iron. A fully functional kitchen with all cutleries , dishes, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer, and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and cereals and some extras. In the bathroom there is a shower, a full size mirror soaps, shampoos, towels, face towels, toilet papers and hand wash. The place has its own entry to its own private front balcony with outdoor sitting for fresh air or to smoke as there is strictly no smoking inside the apartment. There is also a washing line belongs to the apartment and an outdoor shared laundry area with 2 top loader washing machines, with complimentary laundry detergent and perks supplied. There is safe allocated car parking provided in the premises. Please note: We do not charge cleaning fees so please keep the apartment clean before checking out.
