From the entryway, you can head into the Master Bedroom, which comes with a Queen bed, Air conditioner, ceiling fan & wardrobe space. Outside the room through the entryway leads directly into the lounge section of the open-plan living area, featuring a pair of recliners & a comfy 3 seater couch facing the HD Smart TV. You can relax and watch Netflix, YouTube and more streamed from your device onto the big screen while relaxing under the aircon. Proceeding through the lounge is the Kitchen/Dining area, with a stylish 6-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with an electric stove, microwave, kettle & dishwasher, as well as an assortment of pots, pans, cutlery & crockery. Heading out through the back door of the property you will find the 2nd toilet and adjoining laundry equipped with a washer and dryer. Continuing through the property, you will find the bathroom; equipped with a spacious shower cubicle and modern vanity. Nearby is the 2nd bedroom, which comes with 2x Single beds, an Air conditioner, ceiling fan and clothes wardrobe. This property is continually being upgraded and is cleaned by professional motel cleaners. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Extras included: - All beds are made up with fresh quality linen - One bath towel per guests is supplied - Basic kitchen items included tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. - Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for your first few days - Complimentary wi-fi free of charge Guests will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, lounge, laundry & shared access to the backyard. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. The unit is located only a 2-minute drive away from hospitals as well as takeaway restaurants such as Bro's Bakery KFC, Dominos, Pizza Haven, Cold Rock Miss India, Uncle Chans & Fish and Chip Shop. Two major shopping centers, Hinkler Place & Stockland are close by, as are 3 Clubs, RSL, Across the Waves, & Brothers Club – each have a courtesy bus and we can arrange for them to collect you if you wish. Otherwise travel by car or taxi There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
