Our home is light and bright open plan living with beautiful cottage gardens, plenty of space for all. We live a quiet life on property with 3 little dogs, Jasmine, Jack and Poppy Twin room is spacious enough for 2 adults. With desk space and chair. sitting areas so just choose your own spot for a morning coffee or a night cap, Guest sitting area Indoor and outdoor, sun room with tea and coffee facilities, fridge and storage cupboard. We are close in walking distance to the beach and local mini mart. A 15 minute drive along Frenchman Bay Road to local tourist attractions, Wind Farm,The Natural Bridge The Gap and the historic Whale World, further down is the Frenchman Bay for swimming or bbq, Beautiful photos can be taken there. Guests can use the kitchen and dining room Backyard indoor outdoor seating area Parking provided and extra on the lawn if we are full. Front decking Private areas are signed Please keep all shared areas clean and tidy for others to use We are available to assist you in local attractions, restaurants, walking tracks or for a spot of fishing. We are here to make sure you have an amazing time and enjoy your stay. We will give you space also We are in a very quiet neighborhood and 5 min walk to the beach/harbor views and 10min walk to yacht club. Wake up to the birds and just peace and calm. We have a Skate Park/ Playground and bbq picnic area 5 min walk at the end of our street. Our streets are quiet so the kids can bring their bikes and ride around We are 15 min drive to the city of Albany A 15min-20min drive to local swimming beaches Drive 15 minutes to local fishing spot salmon holes Public bus stop is 5 min walk from our home 10min walk to local bottle O mini mart City centre is 15 min drive and about 20 min to Emu Point Beach try out the Squid Shack and to Middleton Beach that has beautiful scenery along the boardwalk approx 7klm. After enjoy a break with coffee and cake at Three Anchors (highly recommended) enjoy the views, let the kids have a play in the amazing playground. We have 3 little fur babies that are very lovable as they get to know you. Maltese Shih Tzu Jasmine 13yrs Jack 14yrs old and a toy poodle Poppy 3yrs old. They love the attention from our guests and guests have loved them in return. If you are not sure of dogs please do not scream just keep calm. This helps them be clam Parents a responsible for their children and they need to respect our home and furniture. No running and screaming IN THE HOUSE. My husband goes to bed early as he works night shift, no screaming kids thank you.
