Every Sunday, just one street away, there is a wonderful Farmer's Market, selling fresh natural produce and splendid coffee. Within 200 metres there is a chemist and doctors surgery. The nearest shopping precinct with a bakery, large Woolworths store, BWS, take-away outlets and cafe etc. There is a much larger shopping centre (Gateways) at Cockburn Central, which is a 7 minute drive. It has superb restaurants and cafes. There is a bus stop just 30 metres from the apartment. The freeway is literally within a one minute drive. The nearest train station, Aubin Grove on the main Perth - Mandurah Line, is 3 minutes by car, or is accessible by bus. There is ample parking at the station. The Perth - Mandurah line provides easy access to Murchoch University and Fiona Stanley Hospital (alight at Murdoch Station, just two stops from Aubin Grove); Curtin University (alight at Canning Bridge, four stops from Aubin Grove); Elizabeth Quay and Perth Central.
