Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio bungalow is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment giving. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. Great for Toowoomba weddings and events - its just 4 min drive from Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min from the Uni of South Qld and 10 min from the Toowoomba town centre. A prepare-yourself breakfast of bread, jams, eggs, cereal, tea and coffee is provided. An ideal Toowoomba experience. The Bungalow and main house are situated on a large plateau on the Toowoomba Range escarpment. In a peaceful and quiet location it is surrounded by trees and offers spectacular views of the valley below. Guests have full access to the bungalow and are also free to explore the property with its own bush walk and lookout. Our family (Joerg and Kate and their 3 kids) live in the main house on the property, which is situated just in front and to the side of the bungalow (not obstructing bungalow views). We are in and out during the day but usually are home in the evenings and try to be available when you arrive (if not a key will be left for you on request). We are taking extra precautions for Covid19. These include extra cleaning precautions, breakfast supplies provided in single-serve packaging, and ensuring that the bungalow is not occupied for at least 24 hours prior to guests stay. The property is on a quiet cul de sac lifestyle estate. It is a friendly and neighbourly road, however no houses can be seen from the property. Unfortunately there are no public transport options from the property. Guests will need their own car. Taxis and Uber drivers are also available We have two dogs which are friendly and will come and say hello to you when you arrive. We also have 6 chickens which are situated next to the bungalow. You may hear clucking in the morning when they are laying eggs. The Bungalow is on tank water and fresh purified town water for drinking and cooking is provided in a 10L bench top purifier.
