By the beach - Unit Flora - private courtyard

After a relaxing beach location? You will love your stay in our very private unit. Which is a completely separate part of our house . It has a large bedroom, kitchen/lounge and courtyard. Situated 100 metres from a beautiful swimming beach with great snorkelling. There is a good cycle path along the coast and the unit is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Parking is available and it is easy to access public transport from the unit. Enjoy our 1 bedroom Self Contained Unit (Granny Flat) in North Beach. It sleeps max 2 - 3 adult guests or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a queen bed with ceiling fan in the bedroom and a fold out queen size sofa bed in lounge area. It has its own bathroom and separate toilet. The lounge area has a TV and DVD, air cooler for cooling and gas heater, whilst the kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle and stove top with a separate electric oven/grill. The accommodation is located separately on the ground floor. There are no stairs. Enjoy the sun in the secured outdoor courtyard with ocean glimpse with your morning coffee. There is seating, grass and even a sand pit and toys for the children. Also please just ask if you would like to borrow our bikes, kayaks , snorkels and fins. All linen provided, bath towels replaced every 3 days, linen after 7 days. Iron and hairdryer is provided Overall a great unit in a perfect location, situated 100m away from an amazing beach. It is right next door to a bakery, cafes and restaurants with other shops and cafes within a short walk. Guests have access via their own private courtyard, parking is available in car park next door to unit or free street parking opposite the unit. We love chatting with and learning from our guests. The accommodation is separate to our families living areas, but we are more than happy to have a chat to you about things to do and provide advice and suggestions. You will love the North Beach area, it is a quiet beachside suburb approx 11 km from the city centre. It has lots of new small cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a lovely safe swimming beach that is suitable for surfing, snorkelling and fishing which is only 100m from the unit. There is a lovely walking path along the coast and a public golf course within a few kms. A bus stop is located directly outside the front door. The bus will take you to the Karrinyup Shopping Centre (a major shopping precinct) and then on to the train station where you can catch a train to the city. Alternatively there are other buses that will take you to Scarborough Beach, Fremantle or Joondalup. If you have a car there is plenty of parking and easy access to a major freeway. A taxi from the airport costs approx. $60 one way. We offer a pickup/drop off service for $50 one way subject to availability. For same day bookings - Check in time will be given once booked.
